A postnatal class for new mums. Bring your baby and they’re part of the session — carried, lifted, played with. Come without them and you’ll train with weights instead. Either way, every exercise is built around where your body is in recovery. Made for after birth, not pregnancy.

Three things that make this class different from dropping into a normal session.

Your baby’s in the workout

Bub becomes the load — carried, squatted with, pressed overhead, eye contact the whole way. No baby today, or they’ve fallen asleep? You’ll use weights and equipment instead. Either way you get a real session.

Built for recovery

Sessions are designed around postnatal recovery — rebuilding deep core and pelvic floor strength, and working mindfully around ab separation and c-section or vaginal birth recovery. Strength eases in, and every exercise modifies to your stage.

Coaches who’ve been there

The coaches running this class have either had kids themselves or are dads. They get the broken sleep, the feed timing, the day the plan goes out the window. No judgement if you need to stop, settle the baby, and pick it back up.

A simple, repeatable shape so you always know what’s coming — and can settle in around your baby.

Stretch & mobility

A gentle start to reconnect, breathe, and warm the body up before any load.

Eased strength, with baby

The main block. Baby becomes the resistance — or weights and equipment if they’re asleep or you’ve come solo — always working mindfully through core and pelvic floor.

Stretch & wind down

Finish with mobility and breathing. Leave looser and steadier than you walked in.

Classes run 45 minutes. Do what you can — if you need to stop to feed or settle bub, that’s the class working exactly as intended.

Who it’s for

Made for after birth.

This class is for postpartum mums only. If you’re currently pregnant, it isn’t the right fit — pregnancy needs its own programming, and every session here is built specifically for recovery after birth.

New mums are warmly welcome. You don’t need to have trained before, and you don’t have to bring your baby — but they’re always welcome if you do. Twins welcome too.

Before you come in

A few things worth knowing.

  • Postpartum only.Built for recovery after birth, not for pregnancy. New mums of any fitness level are welcome.
  • Babies welcome, not required.Bring bub or come solo — if you do bring them, pack a mat for them to lie on. Twins welcome.
  • Pre-crawling babies.Babies are welcome up until they’re crawling. Once they’re on the move it’s time to graduate — we’re close to the road and it keeps everyone safe (same policy as our Pilates classes).
  • Safety comes first.It’s our number one priority — every piece of equipment is checked and set up to be safe to use around babies.
  • If bub needs you, that’s fine.Feed, settle, change — whatever’s needed — then step back in. Nobody’s counting.
  • Cancel any time — even last minute.Babies don’t run on a schedule, so there’s no penalty for a late cancel. Just let us know when you can’t make it so someone else can take the spot.
  • Get cleared first.If you’re returning after birth, have your postnatal check and tell the coach about any c-section, ab separation, or anything to work around.
  • A calmer room.Softer music and a friendly, unintimidating space — a different feel to the main training floor.
  • Max 12 in a class.Small and personal, so the coach can actually see how you’re moving.
  • First session is free.No commitment, no card. Come in, try it, see how it feels before you decide anything.
