Grouse is a small strength studio in Hawthorn East. We train in small groups with smart programming and coaches who actually know your name. No 12-week challenges. No before-and-afters. No noise. Just good sessions, done consistently, over time.
Most gyms run body-part splits or short-term blocks. We don’t. The Strength Loop cycles through four qualities year-round — strength, volume, power, and foundation — so you keep progressing without ever starting over. Four full-body sessions a week, plus two conditioning days. It works because it’s built to last, not to impress you.
