Class Pack

Flexible, no ongoing commitment. Good if you want to train at Grouse but aren’t ready for a weekly membership. 10 sessions, 3-month window.

Pulse

Two days a week. A solid foundation. Good if you’re starting out or training is one part of a broader routine that includes other things.

Surge

Training 3+ days a week. Full access to the Strength Loop across the week. The membership most members are on, and the one we’d recommend if you’re serious about consistency.

Elevate

For members who want more. You’re already training consistently and you want the accountability, structure, and individual attention to actually make progress. Enquire to discuss if it’s the right fit.

Common questions.

Is there a contract?

No. You pay weekly or monthly in advance. No lock-in. Cancel any time by contacting Josh.

Do unused sessions roll over on Pulse?

No — sessions reset each week. If you’re training more than twice a week regularly, Surge is better value.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Contact Josh and he’ll sort it out.

How do I book sessions?

Through the Mindbody app. You can sign up or log in here.

Are beginners welcome?

Always. Every session is coached and every exercise scales to your level. You don’t need any experience to start.
