Train the way that suits your life. Every plan includes the same programming, the same coaching, and the same small groups.
Not sure which is right? See the guide below.
Elevate is for people who train consistently and want the structure of personalised coaching on top of it. You get everything in Surge, plus a plan built around your specific goals, regular check-ins, and a coach who knows exactly where you’re at. Not for everyone — but for the right person, it’s the difference between doing the work and making real progress.

Try it first. If you’re not sure Grouse is for you, two sessions will tell you more than any page. Start here.
Flexible, no ongoing commitment. Good if you want to train at Grouse but aren’t ready for a weekly membership. 10 sessions, 3-month window.
Two days a week. A solid foundation. Good if you’re starting out or training is one part of a broader routine that includes other things.
Training 3+ days a week. Full access to the Strength Loop across the week. The membership most members are on, and the one we’d recommend if you’re serious about consistency.
For members who want more. You’re already training consistently and you want the accountability, structure, and individual attention to actually make progress. Enquire to discuss if it’s the right fit.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay weekly or monthly in advance. No lock-in. Cancel any time by contacting Josh.
Do unused sessions roll over on Pulse?
No — sessions reset each week. If you’re training more than twice a week regularly, Surge is better value.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Contact Josh and he’ll sort it out.
How do I book sessions?
Through the Mindbody app. You can sign up or log in here.
Are beginners welcome?
Always. Every session is coached and every exercise scales to your level. You don’t need any experience to start.
Try two sessions free first. No credit card, no pressure.
