We love Grouse Studio! My husband and I both train here and it's the perfect mix of strength training and conditioning! The trainers are approachable and thoughtful. The community feel of the gym is an added bonus!

I started coming to Grouse Fitness in late August 2024, and it has been a fantastic experience! The trainers—Josh (the owner), Ben, Jordan, and Ashley—are all amazing. What sets this studio apart is how inclusive it is; no matter your fitness level, workouts can be tailored to your abilities. The encouragement you receive here pushes you just that little bit further in a way that feels both supportive and motivating. The classes are packed to the brim like some of the other ‘chain’ fitness studios, so there is plenty of room.If you're looking for an unpretentious fitness studio with a great atmosphere, Grouse Fitness is the place to be!

If you’re looking to get some REAL workout this is the place to go. Trainers are great, they know their stuff and the gym has got great equipment and classes. Particularly love boxing and hybrid - both awesome workouts that i really enjoyed. Also LOVE the vibe and the community feel. Great gym overall!

I started personal training 18 months ago at Grouse and have continued to improve on technique and strength. Josh (owner) is a great communicator and approachable for any queries. He helped facilitate the training schedule I needed with my wonderful trainer Ewen. Big thumbs up for Grouse!

This gym has a great atmosphere and community, the group sessions promote interactions with other members, and the smaller class sizes allow for personal trainer style support throughout class.HIIT and Strength programs provide plenty of variety every few weeks, and gym community events keep everyone engaged.The personal trainers are super friendly and want you to succeed in your fitness goals. This gym has made fitness feel very approachable! I started nearly 3 years ago in my first attempt to fully focus on my health, and since then I've seen so much improvement mentally and physically, as well as meet some great people along the way.Highly recommended to anyone starting off their fitness journey, or are looking for a non-fussy and communal approach that meets the 'everyday' person 👏

I have been a member of Grouse Gym for nearly 2 years. I have never stuck to gym membership / program for anywhere near this length of time which is a testament to how great this place it. I love the flexible class schedule (morning or evening options) and clever programming. As a woman in my mid 40s in the midst of perimenopause, the programming exactly meets my needs (although the gym absolutely caters to everyone, no matter what your age and experience level is). I especially love the resistance training classes where the focus is on compound lifts, progressive overload and mobility work. It’s so rewarding to see your progress over time. Grouse Gym is a safe, fun and friendly environment. The trainers get to know you really well and work with you to help you develop and achieve your goals. I can’t recommend this place enough and strongly recommend you give it a try.
