We think classes are the best way to combine personal training and community.
Personal training runs into the triple digits for a single session, and community events only come around every so often. A class-only schedule keeps the cost down, stays flexible around your week, and gives you people to train with.

Between strength training, HIIT and yoga, you’ve got every base covered and something on most days of the week. No two days are the same, so if you show up each morning it’ll be different from the last. We keep each class on the same program for the month. That way you can come back, know what’s coming, and push yourself with movements you already know. A month tends to be the sweet spot before the same program starts to feel repetitive.
But that’s only half of it!
Training with good coaches and good people makes the workout better. Knowing there’s a professional at arm’s length with an eye on you lets you settle in and get corrected, pushed and adjusted when you need it. With that handled, you can chat to the person next to you and get to know people from around the area. You never know when you’ll meet someone you click with.
Put it this way: come four days a week for a year and you’ll get roughly 48 different workouts. We move things along week to week, so it tends to feel like more. The classes are always a guide too. Injuries, likes and dislikes and everything in between get accounted for, so you can always get a good workout in.
