Cardio

Catch the vibe Monday to Thursday at 6am, 7am, 5:30pm, & 6:30pm (6pm on Thursdays).

Boxing sets the pace on Monday & Wednesday.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, we mix it up with dynamic Cardio variety. On Tuesdays our Cardio is wrapped into Fusion.

Strength

Slow Down. Lift Heavy. Get Strong.

What to Expect:

  • Focus on strength & precision.
  • A structured plan—upper & lower body split for maximum gains.
  • Each month, we focus on a key exercise for measurable progress.

Blending Cardio & Strength in more traditional ways, featuring exercises and formats you could expect from the individual Cardio & Strength classes. Get ready for:
