Strength classes run Monday through Thursday, while Hybrid classes take over on Friday and Saturday.

At Grouse, every class is designed to pack maximum value into 45 minutes, balancing efficiency and results.

We start with movements to get you warmed up and ready to go, followed by a challenging main workout tailored to your goals—whether it’s strength-focused or a hybrid of strength and conditioning.

Each session wraps up with time to cool down and stretch, helping you leave feeling strong, refreshed, and ready for whatever’s next.

It’s the perfect mix of effort, focus, and progress in under an hour.

Cardio

Dive into classes that boost your heart rate and spirit, rotating through:

– Boxing

– HIIT

Refreshing monthly to keep your motivation peaked.

Catch the vibe Monday to Thursday at 6am, 7am, 5:30pm, & 6:30pm (6pm on Thursdays).

Boxing sets the pace on Monday & Wednesday.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, we mix it up with dynamic Cardio variety. On Tuesdays our Cardio is wrapped into Fusion.

Strength

Slow down to strengthen with purpose and precision. Our Strength sessions alternate between Upper and Lower Body days, including:

• Bench Presses

• Deadlifts

• Back Squats

• Pull Ups

Focus on one key exercise monthly for noticeable progress, then we switch to maintain engagement.

Available Monday to Thursday at 6am, 7am, 5:30pm, & 6/6:30pm.

Upper Body days on Monday & Wednesday.

Lower Body days on Tuesday & Thursday.

Fusion

Blending Cardio & Strength in more traditional ways, featuring exercises and formats you could expect from the individual Cardio & Strength classes. Get ready for:

• Core Strength Movements

• Station Work

• Circuits

• Barbell Movements
