Sessions
Any two classes from the schedule — a Strength session, a Hybrid, or one of each. Up to you.
Week’s access
A full week to find sessions that fit. Morning or evening, Monday to Saturday.
Pressure
Nobody follows up trying to sell you a membership. If you want to join, you’ll know where to find us.
What to expect
when you walk in.

Introduce yourself to a coach
Tell them it’s your first time. They’ll give you a quick rundown of how the session works and what to watch for.

Everything gets explained
Every movement is coached and every exercise scales. You don’t need to know anything walking in.

Train at your own level
The session is the same for everyone; the weight and difficulty are yours to set. Nobody is watching how much you lift.

Leave and decide
No debrief, no pitch. If it felt right, come back for your second session and go from there.
