Our Sessions

We offer Strength and Hybrid sessions:

  • Upper Body Strength: Runs twice per week and focuses on building strength in the upper body.
  • Lower Body Strength: Runs twice per week with exercises targeting lower body strength.
  • Hybrid Full Body: Runs twice per week and incorporates both strength and cardio for a balanced workout.

 

Each day’s session is unique, even if it’s the same type (e.g., “Upper Body”). However, all sessions for the same day follow the same program.

You can book online through Mindbody or ClassPass. You can sign up for a Grouse Mindbody account through our website. Click this Login/Sign Up button or the Person Icon if on mobile. Click here to view us on ClassPass.

You can book up to 2 weeks in advance.

Please cancel your reservation to allow others the opportunity to join. If you have a restricted membership with credits, the credits will be returned to your account to use within your activation period.

There is currently no charge for canceling or missing a session, but we ask you to respect that others may want your spot.

You can join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot becomes available. Please only join the waitlist if you are prepared to attend with minimal notice.

Yes! Our program is tailored for everyone. Whether you have injuries, specific goals, or personal preferences, we modify exercises and monitor your progress to ensure you’re working to the best of your ability.

While we offer personal training separately, our Elevate Plan includes personal coaching. This plan provides access to an app where you can track workouts, nutrition, habits, and more, with a trainer monitoring your progress and helping you achieve your goals.

We strongly recommend booking for sessions. While we can accommodate walk-ins occasionally, it’s not preferred as trainers plan classes based on attendees. Additionally, walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot, and it will be up to the trainer’s discretion whether you can join.

Memberships

Nope, you’re all set. If your membership is on a contract, it will auto-renew at the end of its current period. For example, a Monthly Surge membership gives you access for one calendar month. If you purchased it on January 1st, it will automatically renew on February 1st.

Please note: You won’t be able to book classes for the next period until the auto-renewal occurs. If you see a “Drop-In” option when booking, it likely means your membership is set to renew that night.

Not at the moment. Our memberships are designed so that you pay for the upcoming period first before gaining access. This ensures fairness and keeps the system running smoothly.

No problem! You can cancel anytime by giving us any amount of notice before your next billing date. Just email or text me (Josh), and I’ll take care of it for you.

Absolutely! If you’d like to switch to a different membership (e.g., from Pulse to Surge), reach out to us, and we’ll help make the change as seamless as possible.

You can log in through our website. On mobile, tap the person icon in the top left. On a computer, click the big “Login / Sign Up” button. This will bring you to your Grouse account, where you can update your payment details.
