Strength classes run on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while Hybrid classes take over on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday—always evolving, always engaging

Session Flow

Light Stretching: 5 minutes
Active Warm-Up: 5 minutes
Main Workout: 35 minutes (Strength or Hybrid)
Cooldown: Optional stretching

Cardio

Dive into classes that boost your heart rate and spirit, rotating through:

– Boxing

Catch the vibe Monday to Thursday at 6am, 7am, 5:30pm, & 6:30pm (6pm on Thursdays).

Boxing sets the pace on Monday & Wednesday.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, we mix it up with dynamic Cardio variety. On Tuesdays our Cardio is wrapped into Fusion.

Strength

Slow down to strengthen with purpose and precision. Our Strength sessions are full-body, alternating between Push and Pull days, including:

• Bench Presses

• Deadlifts

• Back Squats

• Pull Ups

Focus on one key exercise monthly for noticeable progress, then we switch to maintain engagement.

Available Monday to Thursday at 6am, 7am, 5:30pm, & 6/6:30pm.

Push days on Monday & Wednesday.

Pull days on Tuesday & Thursday. On Tuesday our Strength is wrapped into Fusion.

Fusion

Blending Cardio & Strength in more traditional ways, featuring exercises and formats you could expect from the individual Cardio & Strength classes. Get ready for:

• Core Strength Movements

• Station Work

• Circuits

• Barbell Movements
