Tuesdays & Thursdays, we mix it up with dynamic Cardio variety. On Tuesdays our Cardio is wrapped into Fusion.
Slow down to strengthen with purpose and precision. Our Strength sessions are full-body, alternating between Push and Pull days, including:
• Bench Presses
• Deadlifts
• Back Squats
• Pull Ups
Focus on one key exercise monthly for noticeable progress, then we switch to maintain engagement.
Available Monday to Thursday at 6am, 7am, 5:30pm, & 6/6:30pm.
Push days on Monday & Wednesday.
Pull days on Tuesday & Thursday. On Tuesday our Strength is wrapped into Fusion.
Blending Cardio & Strength in more traditional ways, featuring exercises and formats you could expect from the individual Cardio & Strength classes. Get ready for:
